2009 Mustang Bullitt. This classic Highland Green limited edition Mustang is being offered by the original owner. Never winter driven, caught in the rain only a handful of times, and still has the original wipers! The car's owner has replaced it with a new Mustang GT. Don't let the 104k miles sway you from considering this car. These engines commonly run well to 300k in taxis, limos and police cruisers. I would drive this car to California tomorrow without hesitation. This car has been cared for fanatically and it shows, you would swear that this was a 20k mile car. 4.6 3V 315hp, 5spd with a Hurst short throw shifter, nice sounding Flowmaster axle-back setup, tinted tail lights and brand new BFG Comp 2 A/S tires are a few of the highlights on this great pony. Must be seen and driven to be believed, yeah it's that nice. Asking a crazy reasonable $15,000. No trades please, thanks.

Some details on the 09 run of these cars….

Demand was so extreme for the classic-styled 2008 Bullitt that Ford added another year of production for 2009. Essentially a carry-over from the previous year, the definitive movie star Mustang continued with a low-key style that was unmistakably Bullitt. The 2009 model wasn’t without its own unique bits however – interior ambient lighting and satellite radio became standard items, and although the new-for-2009 Mustang glass roof option wasn’t offered for the Bullitt, Dark Highland Green remained an exclusive color option.

Also sticking with the Bullitt was its upgraded engine, suspension and exhaust, much of it courtesy of Ford Racing. In fact, Ford engineers continually referenced the 1968 film while tuning the Bullitt’s exhaust system, making sure that all the aural magic of the original was present in the modern version. A revised intake, 3:73 gears, unique interior trim, upgraded brake pads and unique wheels rounded out the 2009 Bullitt package.

From the streets of Detroit to the hills of San Francisco, the Bullitt’s "sleeper" styling, muscle car performance and Hollywood roots make it a modern-day classic with stage presence to spare. As for being a wolf in sheep’s clothing, well, that’s just a Bullitt bonus.
